Holly Costantini, MSN,APRN-FPA, AGACNP-BC
Hi, I’m Holly Costantini, MSN, APN, AGACNP-BC, aka a nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine and the founder of Hollywood Skin in Park Ridge, IL. My mission is simple: to deliver unfiltered beauty. In a world shaped by filters and unrealistic standards, I’m passionate about redefining modern aesthetics by celebrating authenticity.
I earned my Master’s degree as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2013, and my clinical background is rooted in cardiac surgery and critical care. I’ve had the privilege of working at some of the highest-acuity hospitals in the Chicagoland area, including Advocate Christ Medical Center and University of Chicago Medical Center. Those experiences have shaped me as a clinician and continues to influence the way I practice aesthetics today. What truly sets my approach apart is my foundation in high-risk, high-precision medicine. Years in cardiac surgery and critical care treating the most high-risk patients have given me a deep respect for always leading with safety.
​Outside of the treatment room, I’m a proud co-founder of two beautiful children alongside my wonderful husband, and we share our home with a 17-year-old dog (yes, 17—a true legend). I kind of enjoy running, fresh air, quiet time, girls’ trips, and a solid Taylor Swift/Zach Bryan playlist. We also love escaping to our favorite Midwest spots, including Door County and New Buffalo.

Tory Andrews, MSN, APRN-FPA
Hi, I’m Tory Andrews MSN, FNP-BC—a nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine at Hollywood Skin. My approach to aesthetics is rooted in a core philosophy: enhancing what’s already there. I’m passionate about delivering natural, conservative results that allow my clients to feel like the best version of themselves—refreshed, confident, and never overdone. To me, great aesthetic work is undetectable and timeless, supporting the ability to age gracefully without compromising individuality.
I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona before earning my Masters in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of St. Francis in 2018. My clinical background spans pediatric and adult oncology, urgent care, and now geriatric medicine. These diverse experiences have shaped my patient-centered approach and deepened my appreciation for thoughtful, individualized care at every stage of life.
I began my journey in aesthetic medicine in 2020, training under several respected industry experts, including Amie Martin. I remain committed to ongoing education and refining my technique to provide safe, effective, and beautiful results. My background in pediatrics, in particular, has influenced my gentle, precise approach—prioritizing comfort while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Outside of the treatment room, I’m a wife, a proud mom of three kiddos, and our home is kept lively by our 80-pound mastiff mix. I love long walks, hot yoga, trying new restaurants and anything that involves sunshine. We enjoy spending time in Dowagiac, Michigan, and I always cherish opportunities to get back to Arizona.
