I’m Holly Costantini, nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector.

I specialize in neuromodulators (Botox and Dysport), microtoxin, dermal fillers, and Skinvive treatments. I’ve been a nurse since 2010 and a nurse practitioner since 2014, spending the majority of my career in cardiac surgery and advanced heart failure at The University of Chicago Medical Center.

I started injecting in 2020 and have been fortunate to train with some of the best in the industry. I learned from internationally renowned injector Rana Kennelly and continued refining my skills under Dominika Pavone at Supreme Wellness and Aesthetics in Park Ridge. I’ve also trained with Brooke East of Elevated by East. Staying curious and continually improving is a big part of who I am as a practitioner.Cardiac surgery and aesthetics may seem worlds apart, but they’re more connected than you’d think. Healthy, glowing skin starts with great circulation. You can’t have one without the other.

 

My philosophy: I’m not here to erase every line. My goal is to leave you looking fresh, hydrated, rested, and very much you—like you slept ten uninterrupted hours and downed two liters of water, while keeping your natural expressions intact.

 

Outside the treatment room, I’m married to Dan, the best husband and dad, and mom to Leo and Lorraine. We also have an elderly (and very loved) pup, Ally. I (sort of) enjoy running, love time with my girlfriends, am obsessed with fall weather, facials, outdoorsy-but-not-camping things, personal goals, pulling weeds, day drinking, VPR, and all things Taylor Swift.
