It's me, hi. 

Welcome! My name is Holly Costantini and I am a nurse practitioner specializing in neuromodulator (ie Botox and Dysport), Microtoxin, dermal filler, and  Skinvive injections treatments.   

Professionally, I've been a nurse since 2010 and a nurse practitioner working in cardiac surgery and advanced heart failure since 2014 at The University of Chicago Medical Center. I have been injecting neuromodulators since 2020 and have had the privilege of training with  internationally renowned injector,  Rana Kennelly, and was fortunate enough to have Dominika Pavone of Supreme Wellness and Aesthetics in Park Ridge, IL take me under her wing for additional training. I have also trained with Brooke East of Elevated by East and am committed to continually acquiring more knowledge and improving upon my skills. 

While my interest in both cardiac surgery and aesthetics may seem like a strange combo, I have always been interested in health overall and skin health is dependent on heart health. You can't have healthy skin without good blood flow, so here we are! 

My goal in treating clients is not to get rid of or prevent every wrinkle, but to leave you looking glowy and refreshed...like you just got 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep and drank 2L of water 😛 …while maintaining each person's unique expressions. 

In my personal life, I am married to the best husband and father, Dan, and have two wonderful (most of the time) children, Leo and Lorraine, as well as my old lady pup Ally. I also (kind of) enjoy running, love my girlfriends, facials, fall weather, outdoorsy things (but not camping), achieving personal goals, pulling weeds, day drinking, VPR, and Taylor Swift. I look forward to meeting and learning more about you!
