I'm Holly Costantini, MSN, APN, AGACNP-BC, a nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine and the founder of Hollywood Skin in Park Ridge, IL.

My clinical roots are in cardiac surgery and critical care at Advocate Christ Medical Center and University of Chicago Medical Center. That high-stakes background shapes everything about the way I practice aesthetics: safety-first, precision-driven, and deeply personalized.

I made the shift into aesthetic medicine in 2020, after experiencing real results firsthand, and have trained extensively with some of the best leaders in the field. I'm committed to continual education and to celebrating authenticity over perfection.

Hi, I'm Tory Andrews, MSN, FNP-BC, a nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine at Hollywood Skin. My approach is simple: enhance what's already there. I'm passionate about natural, conservative results that leave clients feeling refreshed and confident, never overdone.

My clinical background spans pediatric and adult oncology, urgent care, and geriatric medicine, and I've been practicing aesthetic medicine since 2020. That foundation shapes my gentle, precise approach and my deep commitment to individualized care.

Outside the treatment room I'm a wife, mom of three, and keeper of one very large mastiff mix.
